1. Introduction

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and take stringent measures to prevent, detect, and report any violations. Our platform strictly adheres to all applicable laws and industry best practices to protect minors from harm.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Trenzi strictly prohibits the following:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Engaging in grooming, predatory behavior, or any form of exploitation of minors.
• Soliciting, coercing, or attempting to exploit children in any manner.
• Sharing sexually suggestive content involving minors or content that may endanger child safety.

Any violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

3. Age Restrictions and Verification

Trenzi is designed for users aged 13 and above in compliance with COPPA and other child protection regulations. We implement age verification measures and advanced AI moderation tools to prevent unauthorized access by minors.

4. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report suspicious content or behavior through our in-app Report Abuse feature. A dedicated moderation team reviews all reports and takes immediate action, including content removal, user bans, and account suspensions. Verified cases involving CSAE are escalated to appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Trenzi complies with all relevant child protection laws and works closely with organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other global authorities. We promptly report confirmed CSAE-related content to law enforcement and provide necessary data to aid investigations.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We prioritize the privacy and security of all users, particularly minors. Trenzi does not tolerate unauthorized data collection, tracking, or exposure of minors' personal information. Our security measures align with GDPR, COPPA, and other international data protection laws.

7. Employee Training and Compliance

All Trenzi employees and moderators undergo mandatory CSAE prevention training to identify and address risks effectively. We continuously update our policies to ensure compliance with global child protection standards.
